THREE YEAR SURFACE WARRANTY:
The spa surface is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of (3) three years from date of purchase. In the event of a defect, the acrylic surface is further limited to repair only, of that surface, and is not guaranteed against discoloration or fading. The acrylic surface is only a finish and not part of the fiberglass structure. The spa surface is warranted to the original purchaser only. The spa surface is defined as the exposed acrylic finish.
TEN YEAR SHELL WARRANTY:
The spa shell is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of (10) ten years from date of original purchase. TURBO SPAS will repair or replace the spa shell at its sole option. As long as the spa shell holds water, the terms of the warranty have been fulfilled. Any replacement shell, whether new or re-manufactured, shall assume its warranty period only the remaining time under this warranty. The shell is further limited to be structurally sound; meaning capable of holding water only. The shell is further limited to 100% coverage for the first year and 10% reduction of coverage of the replacement price by TURBO SPAS each year following the first year, until the (10) ten years of warranty are completed. The spa shell is warranted to the original purchaser only. The spa shell is defined as the shell below the acrylic finish. Any cost incurred for diagnosis of defect and/or failure, or for labor in the removal and/or reinstallation of the spa shell in not provided for under the terms of this warranty and shall be the responsibility of purchaser.
THREE YEAR WARRANTY:
Factory installed attachments and modifications are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal usage and maintenance for a period of (3) three years from the date of original purchase. Examples of the more common factory-installed attachments and modifications are, including without limitations, jets, air control, plumbing. Any costs incurred for diagnosis of defects and/or failure, or for labor in removal and/or reinstallation of any attachments or modifications thereto, is not provided for under the terms of this warranty and shall be the responsibility of the purchaser. Equipment Warranty 3 years.
LIGHTS & ADDED STEREO EQUIPMENT, SPEAKERS:
These attachments are warranted for (1) one year only by equipment manufacturer. 1) Aquatic AV Ipod & remote power supply or subwoofer; 2) J&J Lights Electronics; 3) Magnydine speakers.
SERVICE-LABOR-SHIPPING COSTS:
Transportation charges for any replacement spa or other parts covered under terms of this warranty will not be assumed by TURBO SPAS. Any spa shell or other part judged to be defective during the applicable warranty, upon inspection by TURBO SPAS will be repaired or replaced during the warranty period, F.O.B. TURBO SPAS free of charge, providing the merchandise is returned freight paid to TURBO SPAS service department at 1656 S. buttonwillow ave reedley, ca 93654. All such items must be accompanied with customer's written description of the claimed defect or failure, serial number of the item, if any, and the date of original purchase and dealer from whom purchased. If customer should have any questions as to the procedure to be followed for warranty claims, or the availability of other warranty service facilities, they should contact TURBO SPAS service facility at the above address, or telephone (559-637-9066).
EXCEPTIONS TO WARRANTIES:
Improper installation, operation or maintenance, resulting in defects or failure in the spa shell or any attachment of modifications thereto, will void this warranty. Abuse, negligence or accidents resulting in defects or failure in the spa shell or any attachments or modifications will also void this warranty. Any spa installed in violation of any building code covering the area in which installed or failing to conform with acceptable trade practices, or moved from the original installation site, are excluded from the coverage under the provision of this warranty. All spas and swim spas have to sit on level pads. NO EXCEPTIONS or it will void this warranty.
LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY:
All implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability and where present the implied warranty of fitness, are co-extensive in duration and are limited to the duration of the express warranties set forth herein. The express warranties herein are exclusive and may not be altered, enlarged or changed by any distributor, dealer, or other person whatsoever. This warranty excludes liability for any and all incidental or consequential damages which may result from any use, defect, failure or malfunction of the warranted product. This warranty herein is contingent upon full payment of the original purchase price and wholesale price to TURBO SPAS, and full payment of the owner's portion of the warranty cost to TURBO SPAS. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
